NOTIFICACIÓN POR AVISO AUTOS DE TRÁMITE DE ORDEN DE COMPARENDOS

La Inspectora de Policía Municipal, en uso de sus atribuciones constitucionales, legales y reglamentarias, especialmente las contenidas en la Ley 1801 de 2016 Código Nacional de Policía y Convivencia se permite solicitar comedidamente lo siguiente: -Notificación por aviso de 30 Autos de trámite de orden de comparendos mediante publicación en la página web de la Alcaldía Municipal de Pitalito por el termino legal de (01) día.

Los actos administrativos objeto de publicación se encuentran adjuntos (escaneados) con esta solicitud, con su respectiva caratula de cada orden de comparendo policivo, expediente del Registro Nacional de Medidas Correctivas, constancia de no objeción y AUTO QUE DA TRAMITE A LA ORDEN DE COMPARENDO.
